  • Healthy. Funds grown, accounting current, beneficiaries paid.
  • Mixed. Performing partially; one or more signals soft.
  • Breach. Trust principle violated in posture or practice.
  • Failed / grant lost. Original grant dissipated; no surviving trust.
  • Unscored. Insufficient disclosure to score trust performance.
